This graphic is pretty stark. Where did it originally come from, if you don’t mind us asking?

I’m not sure where this particular one was created, but googling “Palestinian loss of land” gives plenty of sources, and image searching the same term returns this map several times.  The most reputable sites I could find using it in a five minute search are:
http://www.elca.org/Our-Faith-In-Action/Justice/Peace-Not-Walls.aspx
http://www.justpeacemideast.org/
http://www.ccmep.org/delegations/maps/palestine.html
http://www.justicewithpeace.org/bds-forum
http://gazagiftaid.org/west-bank/
Of course, these are all websites which are quite easy to fabricate, but the borders are historical records.  Here’s a great Al Jazeera timeline of the events.
But that’s just lazy so I’ll try to ID the different maps.  The first and second graphs are outlines in UN General Assembly Resolution 181.  The second map is defined in the four armistice agreements between Israel and it’s invaders:

 Egyptian-Israeli General Armistice Agreement, February 24, 1949
Jordanian-Israeli General Armistice Agreement, April 3, 1949
Lebanese-Israeli General Armistice Agreement, March 23, 1949
Israeli-Syrian General Armistice Agreement, July 20, 1949

A map of Palestine circa 2000 CE shouldn’t be too hard to find, so I’mma skip that one (listing evidence of all the house bulldozing, disenfranchisement and demolition is a whole other post).

Thanks for the details. This is a pretty good summation of the situation overall.
